Late departure can be accommodated by prior request only, and is subject to availability. All late checkouts will incur an additional charge of R100.00 / Hour.
We regret our inability to accommodate children under the age of 12 years.
Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the spa during spa hours. They can come into the spa areas after spa hours, but only with parental supervision.
Parental supervision is recommended in the pool as well.
Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to use the sauna or cardio vascular equipment.
A cancellation fee of 25% of full payment will be charged during the slow season.
A cancellation fee of 100% of full payment will be charged during the peak season.
Additional Service Requirements:
If any special request or additions in-house service (spa) is required, it is highly recommended that you book it prior to arrival, to avoid disappointment.
Smoking Policy:
All rooms and indoor public areas are non-smoking zones, except for the smokers lounge on the restaurant level.
Accommodation occupancy policy:
A maximum of 2 persons per room will be permitted.
