The apartment is separate from the main house, giving complete privacy if required. It has its own entrance and own hot water supply.
Upon entering the apartment, there is an open plan kitchen and breakfast bar. The kitchen is well equipped, with a fridge, freezer, microwave and a stove. The kitchen opens directly into the main sitting area, which can also be used as a bedroom if required.
The bedroom has an ensuite shower room and double bed.
The hosts are welcoming and know the local area well, and will willingly help with any enquiries guests may have.

The accommodation is adjacent to the Mossel Golf Club - an 18-hole links course with stunning views. Jaukie is a member of the club and can arrange for visitors to play there.

The check-out time is flexible and late check-outs can be arranged and bear no extra cost.
Children policy:
This apartment is only suitable for two adults and two children. The hosts are very children orientated and the grounds of the house can be freely used by visitors and their children. The gardens are large and fully enclosed and safe.

There is non-refundable 25% deposit required on initial booking.
Full payment is required 30 days before the booking date.
If the booking is cancelled 14 days before the due date, 50% of the fee is refundable, and if cancelled after 14 days the entire fee is non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, 0% is refundable.
