- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 25% of the invoice value
- cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the invoice value
- cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the invoice value
- no-shows will be charged 100% of the contract fee.
