A whole new world of luxury in an elegant African style is delivered by the 78 suites (including 2 presidential suites). Each suite has its own patio or balcony, hi-fi connectivity, satellite television, direct telephone, DVD player, climate control, walk in wardrobe and electric safe.
Huge beds are dressed with Egyptian cotton linen each guest is supplied with luxury toweling, gowns and slipper. Each suite has huge bathrooms with oval shaped calabash baths with rooms big enough for two. The Pezula estate fields of dreams sporting complex offers, golf practice range, our world class tennis courts and a multi-purpose sports oval.
The main building houses a sumptuous cigar lounge, champagne and whisky bar, library, wine cellar and gourmet restaurant, Zachary's. Executive chef Geoffrey Murray delights in serving up the freshest local ingredients in his inimitable style. His menu offers a variety of ‘modern ethnic' dishes inspired by his worldwide experiences which include owning his own restaurants in New York and Miami and his role as executive chef at the exclusive Seychelles resort, North Island.
Situated on the lower level of the hotel, Pezula Spa is a calm sanctuary that reflects the soul of Africa and provides world-class professionalism in the delivery of a superior health and wellness experience. Twice named Best Spa in South Africa, it includes a 12m heated indoor pool, state-of-the-art gymnasium, outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, rainforest shower, nail bar, hair salon and nine therapy rooms, as well as a post-treatment room with heated water beds. It offers a comprehensive range of treatments which combine natural therapies with the most technologically advanced equipment available.
The secluded Noetzie beach, river and activities in diving, canoeing, hiking and horse riding are accessible to all guests.

Montrose Castle on the Beach offers hotel guests a stunning beach venue on one of the most unspoilt and secluded beaches on the Garden Route coast. Here hotel guests can enjoy a delicious picnic prepared by Zachary's Restaurant while they soak up the sun.
Pezula's newest ultra-luxury accommodation offering is the Private Castle on Noetzie Beach, which provides guests with every conceivable luxury including a butler and chef. The Main Castle houses three sumptuous suites and two sitting rooms while the Honeymoon Castle is a self-contained two-storey apartment.

Late check-outs policy is subject to availability. We endeavor to accommodate late departures without an additional charge. When availability is limited, an additional room charge will be levied for occupancy up to 18:00. After that an additional night's charge will be levied.

- One child under the age of 12 years, sharing with his/her parents will be accommodated in a Villa Suite at no additional accommodation cost on an extra bed or in a cot.
- Breakfast for children between 3 - 11 year olds will be an additional R125.00 per child, per day.
- Children under 3 years are not charged for breakfast.
- This price is subject to change depending on price increases during the year.
- 2 children or one child 12 years of age and over will require their own room. Inter-leading suites are available on request.

3rd adult policy:
- All suites are able to accommodate a maximum of 2 adults per room. A 3rd adult would require their own suite.
- A maximum of 4 adults and 2 children may be accommodated in the Private Residence Villas.
- Breakfast would be charged as per our child policy.
- A maximum of 10 adults and 3 children may be accommodated in the Pezula Private Castle.
- A supplement of R1200.00 per child, per night, will be applied at the Castle.
Tour Leader Policy:
- Should a reservation for 10 full paying rooms be made, the tour leader will be provided complimentary accommodation and breakfast in a studio suite.
- Should a reservation of 20 full paying rooms be made, 2 tour leaders will be provided with complimentary accommodation and breakfast in studio suites, subject to availability.
- Additional meals and extras would be for their own account, to be settled directly on departure.
- The Tour Leader Policy only applies whilst the appropriate total 10 or 20 rooms are in-house.
- The Group Rooming list, Itinerary, Activity Reservations, Dietary Requirements, Medical Conditions, Allergies and any other special requests will be required 30 days prior to arrival.
