Owners Fred and Hanlie Orban

Fred is well known in conservation circles as well as property development circles for his eco friendly property developments. He is very active in conservation and tourism, and he was pioneer of combining tourism and caring for the destination.

He founded the famous Oyster Catcher hiking trail and Sand Piper eco friendly cottages. He is also known for his colourful personality, colourful shoes and his great selection of South African wines.
