- A ZAR50 fee is charged for every cancellation
- No refund on season (15 December until 15 January), Easter weekend, public holidays and other special such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc
- No refund if the cancellation is made 3 days before arrival date
- 50% refund is issued if cancellation is made before 3 days prior to arrival
